Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated hauling of home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. This role features 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight with 10-12 loads per week across AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, OK.

Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with weekly guaranteed pay during the first 90 days and monthly or annual bonus opportunities. Sign-on bonuses and paid orientation enhance this package, along with time off after 6 months and robust military benefits.

Pay and bonus potential

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 60 miles of Wichita, KS.
