Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced Team Dedicated drivers to haul dry van freight with minimal touching of trailers and high drop-and-hook efficiency. You will operate within a multi-state region including KS and nearby states, handling about 10 loads weekly.

Applicants must have a Valid Class A CDL; HazMat endorsement within 60 days is required. Bonus opportunities include sign-on payments and annual bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and orientation provided.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling home improvement supplies.
• 100% no-touch and90% drop-and-hook.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.
