Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced team drivers to haul dry van loads of home improvement supplies. This role involves 100% no-touch freight with a high likelihood of drop-and-hook and runs across CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY.

You will be paid mileage plus hourly pay when on duty, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, plus performance pay and annual bonus opportunities. Orientation is paid, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit if interested in company-paid CDL training.
• HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van loads of home improvement supplies.
• Operate in a multi-state region (CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, WY).
• Perform no-touch and drop-and-hook duties where applicable.
• Maintain safe driving, on-time delivery, and compliant operations.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.
