Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two years driving experience or Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Lift minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
