Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a professional CDL A commercial driver to deliver products from our Spokane-area location, overseeing 10–12 stops daily and handling related paperwork.

The role requires hazmat endorsement (or obtain within 60 days), a clean driving record for the last two years, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. You’ll complete DOT-compliant shipments and perform vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficiency in reading and writing English
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification
• Valid Class A CDL
• Hazmat endorsement either currently held or to be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Must be 21 years or older
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past two years
• No alcohol-related convictions in last ten years
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift a minimum of 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, with freight handling, paperwork, and customer service
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify maintenance needs for vehicles and coordinate repairs
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals
• Continuously learn about Linde’s operations to support growth
