Linde plc is seeking a professional CDL driver in Wisconsin to deliver products to customers and maintain safety standards.

You will perform 10–12 stops per day, complete paperwork, and ensure DOT compliance while upholding excellent service and a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; fluent reading/writing in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification; valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handle freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely vehicle repairs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
