Job summary

Linde plc. is seeking a professional truck driver to join our logistics team. You will deliver products to customers, manage required paperwork, and maintain DOT compliance while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, 2+ years of driving experience, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. You must be 21 or older and pass a DOT medical exam. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; English reading and writing proficiency.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or Truck Driving School certification; valid Class B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last ten years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives.
• Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates to help the organization grow.
