Job summary

Linde is seeking an experienced CDL driver in Indiana to deliver products to customers along a daily route, handling paperwork, and maintaining safety and compliance. The role emphasizes strong customer service and accurate record-keeping.

Strong candidates will hold a valid CDL A or B with hazmat endorsement, be at least 21, and pass DOT requirements. You may lift up to 75 pounds and conduct routine vehicle inspections as part of a reliable team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to read and write in English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or Truck Driving School certification with valid CDL A or B.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver products to customers by making 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continue learning about Linde’s operations to support growth.
