Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver in Wytheville, VA to handle local routes. You will start early (3am-6am dispatch) and ensure timely delivery of food products to customers, with professional customer interactions and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• 21+ years old; clean MVR in past 3 years.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsabilités

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks per DOT regulations and inspect tractor/trailer.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local routes.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on schedule.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Maintain clean tractor, trailer, and loading dock areas.
