Job summary

Utility Service & Assistance is seeking a skilled lineman for our Hooksett, NH project teams. This on-site role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution lines, working outdoors in all weather, and complying with OSHA and company safety rules.

Candidates should have CDL A, OSHA cert, 1–3 years of lineman experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, travel short-term, and perform high-voltage tasks with safety. Pre-employment drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of lineman experience.
• Overhead distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel short-term and demonstrate safe high-voltage procedures.
• Participation in federally compliant drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution lines.
• Assist with energized and de-energized line work based on experience.
• Dig, set, guy, and frame poles and pole structures.
• Install and maintain conductors, crossarms, insulators, transformers, and switches.
• Follow safety program requirements while working around high-voltage systems.
