Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers from our Newark, NJ terminal. This role involves port work, light-touch freight, and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturday. You’ll drive daily home time, with 5–7 AM starts and long shifts, and receive a strong pay package with weekly pay and step-based earnings.

Benefits include full benefits, holidays and PTO, 401(k), and medical, dental, vision coverage. Port experience is welcome but not required.

• Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $300 per day
• Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!
• Weekly pay
• Paid per move (step-based pay)
• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks
