Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings seeks Home Daily CDL-A Drivers out of our Newark, NJ terminal. You will run port work with light-touch freight, home daily, and a Monday-Friday schedule with optional Saturdays.

The role offers a competitive pay package: up to $300 per day with potential weekly earnings up to $1,500, weekly pay, and a $250/day guarantee for the first two weeks, plus full benefits, 401(k) and paid holidays.

• Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.
• Port experience preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred.

We are currently seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers out of our Newark, NJ terminal.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $300 per day
• Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!
• Weekly pay
• Paid per move (step-based pay)
• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks

Position Details

• Home daily

• Day shift (5-7 AM start, 10-12 hour days)
• Voluntary layovers available
• Consistent year-round freight
