Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. in Newark, NJ seeks Home Daily CDL-A Drivers to service port operations and door-to-door drayage. You will work in a port environment with light-touch freight and a Monday–Friday day shift starting early in the morning.

We offer a Saturday option, voluntary layovers, and year-round freight. Competitive pay includes up to $300 per day, weekly pay, and a $250 daily guarantee for the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.
• Port experience preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Home daily with port work and light-touch freight.
• Mon-Fri schedule; day shift (5–7 AM start).
• Saturday optional; voluntary layovers.
• Consistent year-round freight.

We are currently seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers out of our Newark, NJ terminal.

Pay & Incentives:

• - Up to $300 per day
• - Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!

• - Paid per move (step-based pay)
• - Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• - Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks
