Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers out of our Newark, NJ terminal to provide reliable, door-to-door drayage services. You will be responsible for port work and light-touch freight, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional Saturdays.

Enjoy a home daily routine with weekly pay, paid per move, and a full benefits package. Drivers must have a Class A CDL, be at least 21, and have 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last year.

• Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.
• Port experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Home daily from Newark, NJ terminal.
• Operate port-related, light-touch freight work.
• Follow Monday–Friday schedule (Saturday optional).
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $300 per day
• Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!
• Weekly pay
• Paid per move (step-based pay)
• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks

Position Details

• Day shift (5–7 AM start, 10–12 hour days)
• Voluntary layovers available
