Job summary

NEW Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a professional CDL A driver to move grain and related products, perform inspections, and support operations. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service in a cooperative agribusiness setting.

The candidate will handle tanker and HazMat requirements, adapt to seasonal workloads, and contribute to a positive company image through professional interactions and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Must have or the ability to obtain Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Must pass a DOT physical every 2 years at minimum as required by law.
• Understand the importance of providing high levels of customer service.
• Seasonality of farm supply business and in-season time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Drives trucks to move grain with hopper and other products to designated locations.
• Performs daily truck/trailer inspections and maintains clean work areas.
• Maintains safe, courteous driving habits and complete driving logs accurately.
• Assists in other location areas as needed and works extended hours in busy season.
• Communicates with supervisor and team to ensure timely customer service.
