Job summary

NEW Cooperative is hiring to support agronomy and grain customer services with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will load/unload products, operate equipment, and assist in maintenance while serving customers across busy seasons.

Eligibility includes a Class A CDL with tanker/HazMat, Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional growth within a farmer-owned cooperative.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Must have or obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s License.
• Excellent customer service and safety orientation.
• High school diploma or GED with minimal experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading products from vehicles according to work orders.
• Unload/load grain from trucks and wagons; fill and transport NH3 equipment.
• Operate commercial application equipment and a semi-truck as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and area neat and safe.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and team; provide dependable service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE; work extended hours during peak season.
• Demonstrate accountability, punctuality, and professionalism in all tasks.
