NEW Cooperative is seeking a dedicated CDL driver to move grain and related products for our farmer-owned cooperative. You will operate trucks, perform daily inspections, and maintain safe driving practices while serving customers during busy seasons.

This role requires a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, DOT physicals, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. We value reliability, customer service, and adaptability to seasonal farm supply demands.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Must have or the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical every 2 years as required by law.
• Demonstrates high levels of customer service and safety.
• Reads and interprets safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Seasonal farm supply business with in-season time commitment.

Responsabilités

• Drives trucks to move grain and other products with various trailer types to designated locations.
• Complies with DOT, OSHA, and NEW Cooperative safety programs and policies.
• Performs daily truck/trailer inspections and routine maintenance documentation.
• Maintains neat, clean work areas and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Assists in other location areas as needed and supports customer service during busy seasons.
