Performance Food Group is hiring a CDL-A delivery driver to operate tractor/trailer and ensure safe, timely delivery of food products to customers. You will perform safety checks, verify loads, and maintain accurate paperwork while providing courteous service.

The role requires 12+ months driving experience, a valid CDL-A, and a clean MVR. Expect early shift hours, 4am–5am dispatch times, and a competitive benefits package starting Day 1.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 12+ months commercial driving.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Mansioni

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Inspects trailer and freight loading and securing.
• Delivers customer orders on schedule and obtains signatures.
• Unloads products and handles paperwork accurately.
• Maintains daily hours-of-service records.
• Performs general housekeeping and ends shifts securely.
