Performance Food Group is hiring a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and professional customer service with overnight and shuttle routes as needed.

The job requires a valid CDL-A, 21+ years of age, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Benefits begin Day 1 and include health, 401K matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Clean MVR for the past 3 years.
• Must be 21+ years old; pass drug test and background check.
• DOT health card current or ability to obtain one.
• Able to lift/move freight up to 60–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor, trailer and freight for safety and compliance.
• Deliver and unload orders according to route schedule.
• Obtain customer signatures and confirm delivery accuracy.
• Complete required paperwork and log hours of service.
