Performance Food Group is seeking a professional delivery driver to operate tractor trailers and straight trucks across local and interstate routes. You will ensure on-time delivery, proper unloading, and accurate paperwork while representing the company with customers.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, DOT compliance, and a clean MVR, with the physical ability to lift and move freight. Sign-on bonus is available and benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs, up to 60–90 lbs with location tools.

Responsabilités

• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate/interstate routes, local/OTR/shuttle/overnight routes to deliver goods.
• Performs pre/post trip safety inspections and DOT-compliant checks.
• Documents deliveries, collects signatures, and coordinates with customers.
• Unloads products, checks inventory, and processes returns per policy.
• Maintains daily hours-of-service logs and keeps the tractor and trailer clean.
