Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division is seeking a delivery driver responsible for operating tractor trailer or straight trucks to deliver food and related products. You will ensure on-time delivery, proper unloading, and customer sign-off while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL A, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to pass drug and background checks.

Formación

• 12 months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Meet all state licensing/certification requirements.
• DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers per route schedule.
• Obtain signatures and handle payments as required.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security.
• Record hours of service per regulations.
