Job summary

AquaSmart Oil and Gas, LLC in Marshall, TX is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with CDL to join our field team. You will operate heavy machinery, support fracture stimulation activities, and uphold rigorous safety standards on site.

The role requires crane and rig operation skills, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and willingness to travel across Texas and possibly other states. A strong teamwork approach and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fracture stimulation and heavy equipment operation, preferably in oil & gas or construction environments.
• Proficiency with cranes, rigs, and other specialized machinery.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently following company guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure equipment readiness.
• Interact professionally with fracture stimulation customers and maintain high safety standards.
• Support rigging up/down activities and assist as needed on site.
• Travel as required and work on a two weeks on / one week off schedule.
