American Driver LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for steady East Coast runs. Start at 55¢/mile with about 2,500 miles weekly and predictable home time. You’ll earn weekly, with a $1,000 guaranteed pay during the first 3 months solo and extra stop pay plus performance bonuses.

Loads include a mix of drop and hook, preloads, and live loads. Training is provided for new CDL‑A graduates, with mentorship during 3–5 weeks and paid hours throughout. Home base areas include Ocala and nearby zones.

Qualifications

• CDL-A training completed (minimum 120 hours)
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• 21 years or older
• No DUI/DWI in last 10 years; clean driving record preferably
• DOT physical and drug screen

You start at $0.55 a mile and run about 2,500 miles a week. The East Coast is your lane, and you don't go far west.

Pay, line by line

• $0.55 per mile for your first 11 months
• Plus $0.01 per mile for every year of experience, up to $0.65
• About 2,500 miles a week
• $1,200 to $1,400 a week on average
• $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo
• $15 stop pay, performance bonus on top
• Paid every week

What your two weeks look like

You leave from the Ocala area and run dry van freight up and down the Eastern Seaboard: Atlanta, Nashville, Richmond, Harrisburg, Columbus and back. Loads are a mix of drop and hook, preloads, and live loads or unloads. After about two weeks you're home for your reset.

Fresh out of school?

Good. This is where a lot of new drivers start. If your CDL-A school was 120 hours or more, you qualify. Training is 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor (200 to 250 hours), and you're paid the whole time.
