Looking for a company that actually hires new CDL holders? We do, every week. Train with a mentor, then earn about $1,300 to $1,400 a week in your own truck.

From School to Solo

• Step 1: a 7 day onboarding class, skills evaluation and more practice if required, with hotel and a $100 meal stipend
• Mentor phase: 10 days minimum over the road, 5+ hours of driving per day, $75 a day
• Final step: backing evaluation, pre-trip inspection and road test, then your own truck
• Women train with female mentors

Pay as a Solo Driver

• Direct deposit each Friday and a yearly pay increase

Life on the Road

• Dry van, 100% no touch, around 70% drop and hook
• Our planners book loads from our own shippers days in advance
• Out 1 to 2 weeks, Monday through Saturday, with a 34 hour reset every Sunday
• The truck comes home with you on days off

Who Can Apply

• At least 21 years old with a Class A CDL
• Graduated from a verifiable CDL school with 120+ hours in the past 12 months
• No trucking job since finishing school
• Max 4 moving violations in 3 years, zero DUI/DWI in 5 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and urine drug test
