Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Driver Trainee Non-CDL in Knoxville to learn and support deliveries as you train toward a CDL A license. You will ride with a trainer, perform safety checks, and help ensure on-time arrivals while building customer relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional communication, with paid training and benefits starting Day 1 as you prepare for advancement in the transportation organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 0-6 months driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age; valid DOT Health Card.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years; pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist driver trainers with deliveries.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks per DOT.
• Deliver orders on predetermined routes and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and log hours of service.
