Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a Driver Trainee Non-CDL to join our delivery team. You will learn hauling freight, assist driver trainers, and interact professionally with customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate paperwork.

No CDL required initially; training provided. The role supports America's food distribution system with a 4-day schedule (Sunday night through Thursday night) and pay of $20.00 per hour, plus benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 0-6 months driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain CDL Permit.
• Clean MVR and pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• Able to lift 60–90 pounds and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and reports issues.
• Drives to deliver customer orders according to route schedule.
• Unloads products and places them in designated storage areas.
• Completes freight paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintains cleanliness of tractor and loading dock area.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the team.
