Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is hiring for a Driver, Trainee Non-CDL to support the nation’s food distribution system. The role trains on tractor/ trailer operations, assists the driver trainer, and ensures timely delivery of customer orders while upholding safety standards.

Primarily an entry-level position with pay at $20.00 per hour, the role offers a path to CDL training and growth opportunities within a nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 0-6 months driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card

Responsibilities

• The Driver, Trainee Non-CDL is an entry level driver training role.
• Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
• Unloads products from the trailer and transports into designated customer storage areas.
• Performs safety checks and DOT compliance as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
