Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience recruiting CDL-A drivers (OTR preferred).
• Reliable, organized, and confident with drivers.

Responsibilities

• Source leads through job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Respond to driver applications immediately.
• Conduct initial phone screens and qualify drivers based on company criteria.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and start dates.

Skills

Strong closing and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage high call volume

Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements
