Indian River Transport is seeking a Driver Recruiter at our Bensalem, PA location to source and hire CDL-A drivers for our nationwide liquid bulk fleet. You will conduct phone screens, guide candidates through onboarding, and collaborate with safety and HR for compliant, timely hires.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in driver recruiting, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS platforms (Tenstreet preferred).

Formación

• 2+ years in driver recruiting or high-volume transportation recruitment.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of urgency with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate driver experience, safety records, and qualifications.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from initial contact through orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospective hires to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate with safety, operations, and HR teams to ensure a smooth handoff and timely onboarding.
• Track and manage candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company standards.
