Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a high-energy Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard Class A CDL drivers across the Midwest while supporting West Coast hiring as needed. You will manage the recruiting lifecycle from lead generation through onboarding, partnering with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to meet driver demand and maintain strong pipelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CDL-A recruiting experience, proficiency with Tenstreet, and a proactive, results-driven

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Class A CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or Driver Recruitment Tools to manage leads, applications, and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, driver qualifications, and DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to recruit CDL-A drivers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, strong phone presence, and ability to build relationships.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn the business and partner with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of education

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard Class A CDL drivers to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers across multiple terminals, lanes, equipment types, and markets.
• Develop new ways to find qualified drivers, reconnect with previous applicants, and support driver referral programs.
• Manage recruiting activity in Tenstreet, including leads, applications, candidate communication, and pipeline tracking
