InterAtlas in Newark, NJ is seeking a Driver Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for CDL-A drivers across local, regional, layover and intermodal operations. The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and collaboration with Operations, HR, Payroll and EHS to maintain a strong driver pipeline.

The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and able to recruit in a fast-paced transportation environment with strong communication skills in English

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or fleet recruiting preferred.
• CDL driver recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Experience using Tenstreet or similar ATS.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements for commercial drivers.
• Experience managing or coordinating Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit qualified CDL-A drivers and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates across platforms and attend job fairs and events.
• Screen candidates and communicate consistently by phone, text, and email.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain records for employee referrals and coordinate with HR and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT driver requirements and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate drug testing, medical certificates and DQ files.
• Provide recruiting updates to the Director of Operations.
