McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move products to customers and maintain compliant records. The role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and customer service across routes in Indiana. On‑site, full‑time work with strong benefits and opportunities for growth are available.

The driver will inspect equipment, document deliveries, and adhere to regulatory requirements while supporting company-wide logistics objectives and reliable service to our clients.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet MVR and risk rating requirements.
• English reading/writing ability sufficient for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before/after trips and file DOT inspection report.
• Check bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.
• Operate tractor-trailer in compliance with regulations and site requirements.
• Maintain driver log per DOT rules, record temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload goods at customer premises and complete assigned duties.
