Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move and deliver products for America's favorite brands. You’ll be responsible for tractor-trailer inspections, maintaining logs, and delivering to customer premises.

Qualifications

At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must read/write/understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of regulations and maneuvering the vehicle.
Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
