NIS EXPRESS seeks trainee truck drivers for a paid program to become a professional driver. You'll earn $800/week during training and progress to $1,200–$1,800/week once solo, with home every two weeks. In weeks 4–6, you’re paired with a trainer; you’ll learn backing, trip planning, logs and fueling on real loads.
After sign-off, you’ll drive across 27 states. Benefits include health, dental and vision after 30 days, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, orientation pay, and rider/pet eligibility
You passed the skills test, but backing into a tight dock with someone watching still makes your hands sweat. You'll practice it next to a trainer while earning $800 a week, then step into your own truck averaging $1,200 to $1,800 a week and home every 2 weeks.
Every driver out there started with zero miles.
