Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Pearl, MS is hiring new CDL holders. You’ll receive paid training with a seasoned trainer and transition to solo driving after sign-off, with home time every two weeks.

Initial pay includes a guaranteed $1,000 weekly during the first three months, then $1,200 to $1,800 weekly as you gain experience, plus 1,800–2,900 miles per week, stop pay, and a monthly bonus. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL required and must meet stated prerequisites.
• Proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Valid license and 3 years of verifiable work history.
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years.
• Able to pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid weekly training with an experienced trainer.
• Operate real freight and real routes under guidance.
• Move to solo driving after trainer sign-off and continue scaling earnings.
• Maintain safe driving and on-time deliveries to build weekly miles and pay.

Three applications, three emails saying minimum 6 months experience. We hire straight out of school, pay you while you train, and once you're solo you're looking at $1,200 to $1,800 a week with home time every 2 weeks.

Step 1: Training

• Paid weekly training with an experienced trainer

Step 2: Your Own Truck

• Solo as soon as your trainer signs off


• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo


• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly as you build experience

Step 3: Building Your Check

• 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week


• $15 stop pay


• Short loads pay $75 plus mileage


• Monthly performance bonus

The Schedule

• Home every 2 weeks


• Everything east of Denver, no Northeast runs
