Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a delivery driver with a Class A CDL to transport materials to customer sites in a safe, timely manner. You will load/unload, secure goods, and provide professional customer service while maintaining logs and vehicle safety checks.

Must have a valid Class A CDL, pass MVR, and obtain a DOT medical card within five days. Ability to read and speak English is required; forklift experience is a plus.

• Obtain a DOT medical card within five days of request.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicles and/or truck-trailer combinations to transport materials to customer sites.
• Securely load/unload materials and assist as needed.
• Maintain logs of delivery duties, weights, and locations.
• Serve as a customer service liaison and resolve issues.
• Perform routine vehicle pre/post trip inspections and safety checks.
