Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Driver to transport and deliver materials to customer sites in a safe and timely manner. You will operate delivery vehicles, assist with loading, and help customers with unloading while maintaining accurate delivery records.

The ideal candidate has a Class A CDL and at least 1 year of delivery experience, with strong English reading and communication skills. Expect a team-oriented environment, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean MVR preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle and transport materials to customer sites.
• Load/unload materials, secure cargo, and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Maintain logs and drive records; comply with DVIR and HOS rules.
• Assist customers and act as a liaison for service issues and inquiries.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and keep the vehicle clean and compliant.
• Use handheld devices for delivery documentation when not driving.
• Support safety programs and participate in periodic safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
