Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to transport materials to customer sites in a safe and timely manner. You will load, deliver, and unload goods, maintain logs, and assist customers with product placement while ensuring accuracy of orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and at least 1 year of delivery driving experience; 2 years CDL driving preferred. OSHA safety practices apply, and knowledge of English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 21+; valid driver’s license and Class A CDL.
• 1 year delivery driving experience; 2+ years CDL driving preferred.
• Pass MVR; obtain DOT medical card within 5 days of request.
• Less than 5 moving violations in last 5 years; basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load or assist with loading and securing product in delivery vehicle.
• Deliver customer orders to sites; position vehicle; assist with unloading materials.
• Verify orders, maintain logs of deliveries and weights; ensure accuracy.
• Serve as customer liaison; address concerns and resolve issues.
