Performance Food Group is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to service customers in the Rogers, MN area. The role involves daily routes delivering food and related products to restaurants, hotels and institutions while maintaining DOT compliance and safe driving practices.

Drivers are paid competitively with a $100,000 annual average after training, plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus. 4-day work weeks are typical with occasional overtime and hotel per diem for layovers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years old; clean driving record and DOT health card.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers to answer questions accurately and promptly.
• Perform safety checks and DOT inspections on tractor/trailer and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on schedule, verify items and obtain signatures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain logs per DOT/state rules.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness and proper securing of freight throughout shift.
