Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced CDL-A delivery driver in Rogers, MN. This role features a four-day work week with early starts, averaging 10-12 hours per day. After training, drivers typically earn around $100,000 annually, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver food and related products to customers, unload and document deliveries, and ensure DOT compliance. Positive safety record and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license with clean MVR.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Willing to pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to secure DOT Health Card and meet DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Drive tractor/trailer or straight truck per schedule and routes.
• Perform pre/post-trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured and delivered on time.
• Complete required paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance.
