Job summary

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers from our Rogers, Minnesota location. The role includes early start times, a four-day work week with occasional fifth day, and routes that may include overnight segments.

After training, drivers average around $100,000 per year with a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include Day 1 health coverage, a 401(k) match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• Experience with food service delivery or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor trailer or straight truck on routes delivering food products.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections prior to operation.
• Deliver on-time per the route schedule and obtain customer signatures.
• Unload products and handle paperwork accurately.
• Ensure equipment and freight are secure at all times.
