Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced CDL-A delivery driver in Rogers, MN. The role involves driving tractor trailers or straight trucks to deliver food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes in a safe and timely manner.

Start times are early with a typical 4-day work week and occasional 5th day. After training, drivers average about $100,000 annually, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, 401(k) matching, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A and clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check; DOT Health Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck safely to delivery points.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and comply with DOT regulations.
• Record hours of service and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Deliver and unload products, obtain customer signatures and handle returns.
