Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring CDL-B Delivery Drivers in Rogers, MN. Start early from 13400 Commerce Blvd, with a 5-day work week (Mon–Sat) and a clear path to a long-term driving career. You will ensure timely deliveries and maintain excellent customer relations.

During training you’ll earn an effective hourly rate of $24, and once fully trained drivers typically earn about $27–$28 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus highlights a strong opportunity to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 6 months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED or state approved equivalent.
• Valid CDL B license and DOT Health Card.
• Meet all state licensing or certification requirements where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age with a clean MVR for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspect tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Drive and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes and schedules.
• Unload products and transport to designated storage areas.
• Complete required freight paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; collect payments when required.
• Maintain vehicle and trailer security and assist with other duties as assigned.
