Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver in Minnesota to start each shift on the road with a guaranteed daily minimum. You will often stay overnight on multi-stop routes, with company-paid hotel accommodations and a food stipend.

Average earnings around $100,000 annually, with potential for more through incentive pay. Responsibilities include on-time deliveries, customer interactions, completing DOT-based logs, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• CDL-A license required with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and colleagues.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload goods to customers on schedule and with proper paperwork.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and report safety issues.
• Complete daily records and maintain clean trucks and trailers.
