Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A licensed drivers to deliver food products across intrastate and interstate routes. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely delivery with a 4-day work week and occasional 5th day.

Drivers start early, with 10–12 hour days, and may qualify for a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Route dispatch from Rogers, MN location; comprehensive benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass offer drug test and background check.
• Must maintain valid DOT Health Card or obtain one.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and co-workers professionally and promptly.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and report issues.
• Drive tractor/trailer on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver and unload goods.
• Ensure proper loading, secure freight, and complete required delivery paperwork.
• Record hours of service daily and keep trailers clean and organized.
