Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move products to customers safely and efficiently. This role requires inspecting trucks, loading/unloading, and delivering in adherence to DOT rules.

You will maintain logs, complete deliveries on schedule, follow safety protocols, and represent McLane in a professional manner while supporting our nationwide distribution network and customer relationships across major brands.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination following DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
