McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver to transport products to customers across our distribution network. You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain logs in compliance with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination following DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Maintain driver log per DOT regulations, document delivery receipts and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
