Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is looking for a CDL-A Delivery Driver to support our nationwide logistics network. You will inspect, drive, and deliver with emphasis on safety and reliability, ensuring compliance with DOT rules and on-time performance.

The role offers day-one benefits and opportunities for home time, with a focus on professional driving standards and customer service excellence within a large distribution organization.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before/after trips and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination following regulations and maneuver safely on road and customer premises.
• Maintain driver log per DOT regulations and document deliveries.
• Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
