Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to operate tractor trailer or straight truck, delivering food and related products to customers. You will ensure timely and safe delivery, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain documentation.

The role emphasizes customer interaction and adherence to DOT regulations. The position requires 21+ years old, valid CDL-A, clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 60-90 pounds.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years preferred.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Attains or has a valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform safety checks on tractor/trailer per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload products to customer locations on schedule.
• Verify delivery with customer and collect signatures where required.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
