Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our Foodservice delivery team. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks on intrastate/interstate routes, delivering food products to customers with a focus on safety and timely service.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds. You will follow DOT regulations, perform pre/post trip inspections, and interact professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test and DOT health card current or able to secure.
• Able to lift heavy freight and use equipment to move product.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform required safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Ensure proper loading, secure freight, and accurate paperwork.
• Deliver and unload orders according to route schedule.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and secure vehicles and trailers at end of shift.
